Experience and expertise: Richard has worked for Offploy since 2018, helping to oversee business growth and diversification from purely employment support for people on probation to supporting various socially disadvantaged groups to enable them to realise their potential. His involvement with the organisation started a few years earlier when he met Jacob Hill in HMP Wealstun when Jacob was developing the Offploy business plan.
Richard is driven by the desire to help people with untapped potential who haven’t had the opportunity to fulfil it. He sees so many opportunities to help people not only move closer to the labour market but also thrive in building a new life for themselves.
Hobbies and interests: When he’s not looking for new opportunities, Richard is a busy dad of two children and his spare time is dedicated to his family.
